Payment Policy
- $20 non-refundable deposit required to secure all appointments.
- Remaining balance is due in cash at the appointment.
- Deposits are transferable once if rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance.

Cancellation Policy
- 48+ hours notice: deposit moved to a new date.
- Under 48 hours: deposit forfeited, new deposit required to rebook.
- No-call / no-show: full service charge and pause on future bookings.
- 15-minute grace period — past that the appointment may be released.
